From initial introduction, right through to the successful completion of a sale, the role of an Associate is to advise the Client and maintain contact throughout the whole process.
The Associate will design a marketing plan, personally measure and photograph each home and with use of our state-of-art technology create written sale material to be proud of.
Marketing themselves to potential vendors through specific local marketing strategies, building strong relationships through networking to develop a quality portfolio of stock.
Becoming an expert and getting to know each and every property individually, taking the time to fully understand the goals of the vendor and prospective buyer.
Ensuring consistent and ongoing information sharing with buyers and sellers. At One Estate Agents, we pride ourselves on the level of communication with our Clients.
Start-up. All new recruits will undergo professional training for their role in order to fastrack to success. The training will address all aspects of building your career from basic business set-up, right through to time management - market appraisals to marketing and technology.
Training. You will qualify and adhere to our very own code of practice and portfolio of evidence and learn all aspects industry standards such as ‘Property Miscescriptions Act’, ‘Money Laundering Regulations’, ‘Estate Agency act’, ‘GDPR’. We have a strong internal structure to assist with your success and regular coaching sessions are held throughout those early learning days and beyond.
Marketing. Our marketing partners include Rightmove, Zoopla, Prime Location, OnTheMarket.com plus many more online platforms. Social media such as Facebook, Twitter, Instragram and LinkdIn are all strong methods of marketing, plus our very own website and state of art database systems are all available to our Associates. Additional corporate support such as branded vehicles, sports sponsorship, online and local advertising all assist in creating that strong brand.
Exclusive Territory. Each Sales Associate is allocated with their own marketing territory and they will benefit directly from any activity in that area. This could be the very Neighbourhood where you live (if available) or alternatively a post code of a high level of historic sales activity. All Associates will become the ‘go-to’ Estate Agent in their given territory and will become an expert in that particular location.
Previous Estate Agency experience is not necessary, however determination, drive, personal people skills and the ability to learn is.
As an Associate, you will be required to provide an amount of ‘work-tools’ to assist you in your role.
